The RSCA presents a calendar of upcoming Regent Square events through this website as well as through the RSCA Newsletter. These events add to the unique character and sense of community in our neighborhood. RSCA sponsored events are listed in bold type. Other events in the Pittsburgh area can be found on several event calendars available here.

  • Saturday, September 6, 2008, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Free Group Tennis Clinics sponsored by the Frick Park Clay Court Tennis Club. Free Tennis Clinics for beginning and intermediate adults and children on the red clay tennis courts at Frick Park. All are welcome. Clinics are the best way to get in or get back into tennis! Public Safety Councils are groups of committed City residents who act as organized community liaisons with each of the police zones.   • Thursday, September 25, 2008, 7:30 PM - Film Premiere of Greetings from Pittsburgh: Neighborhood Narratives Regent Square Theater, Pittsburgh Filmmakers. This is a collection of short films celebrating the neighborhoods and residents of the city. Nine short films produced by filmmakers with a special connection to the neighborhood have been compiled to create this feature length project. The following neighborhoods will be highlighted: Regent Square, Oakland, Downtown, Southside, Strip District, Hill District, Bloomfield, Lawrenceville, and Homestead.
