Present: Nancy Drew, Maureen States, Kathie Meyer, Kathy Collier, Sheileen McLaughlin

Discussion: Ongoing Status of Tree Lighting Project 2008

Maureen called Kay Wetzel about funds sent directly to RSCA. Referral to Patty Duty for pick up/collection of mail from the WSCC.

Nancy Drew agreed to run a Thank You letter in the newsletter for contributors at the end of the process.

Total Bill for Lights: $3300.00

Kathy Collier agreed to work with Marjie at the Map Room about details of hosting the Light Up the Square night party. Budget approximated at $200, number of attendees TBD-rough estimate of 40. Menu TBD. Date set for Tues., Dec. 9, 2008 from 5-7pm.

List of invitees to include Swissvale’s & Edgewood’s Mayors and Directors of Public Works, the RSCA Board Members, 2008 contributors for project.
Invitation to be drafted by Nancy Drew and mailed by Nov. 17, 2008.


Kathie Meyer will liaise with the RSCA to streamline our goals and processes.
