Tree Lighting
-Get bids to Nancy by Aug. 1st.
-General search for insured contractor
-Lights put up by Nov. 1-15, Taken down week of March 20th
-Kathy Meyer/Nancy Drew to talk to Carmine Russo
-Proposed new revenue streams-donation can at 1st Comm., raising membership dues, raffle

Trash Cans
-20 new to be installed
-design logo to be modified
-search for graphic designer in the Square

Tree Borders
-mulch proposal, perennials, volunteers, encourage planting and upkeep
-Trevor to talk to Dino/Francis

Run Around the Square
-decision to support, but not actively participate
