Lights around Regent Square

DISCUSSION:
Ground Breakers $ 1,380 for 27 trees: Kathie Meyer will pursue, their bid was for Labor only.
Raymond Smith $ 5,000 (higher bid than last year), includes labor and some replacement lights.
Danielle will check with Liam Minock regarding interest in tree lighting.
Angela will also check with someone for tree lighting
bids to be in by October 1st
* Deflavio’s will provide collection containers for businesses in Regent Square to
get additional support from residents and patrons to help defer cost of tree lighting.
Maureen will send out letter to business requesting support for Tree Lights for this year.

RSCA Annual Meeting November 9th 6:00 – 8:00 pm

DISCUSSION:
Combine RSCA Annual meeting with tree lighting party
Cindy will call Nancy Drew concerning the meeting at D’s Loft
*RSCA is also starting Fundraiser project. Kathy Meyers and Nancy will go to RSCA Board meeting to get more details



TOPIC:
Trash Receptacles

DISCUSSION:
*Six new garbage cans in Regent Square; logos being finalized.
*funds came from a streetscape grant
